I am sorry for the bad day, trust me been there done that.
Somedays even I just want to pack them all up and get them out the door! Just the other day, I told Jeannie that I was going to sell most of them with the clothes and accessories and buy a new car! HA! And then yesterday, I dressed them all up, took most of the day, but it made me sooo relaxed! Go figure.. guess it goes day by day.
I hope you do not really throw them, just put them away for a short while and see if you start to miss them or not.
I have most of mine in another room, can you believe that last week, I was in a doll downer stage and barely went to see them! OK, Sheila, you can arrest me now.. lol. It just shows you that all of us can feel that way, especially when it comes to bad days.
Hope you feel better my thoughts and prayers to you.

I can relate 110%!
A few weeks ago, I was having a really bad day. I was really sick, and since I have a severe phobia of vomiting, it was even worse because I was freaking out. There was no AC in the house either, and I was lying in bed. I looked over at my dolls and they seemed so silly at the moment like you had said. Like there were way other important things I should be worrying about, like my health and stuff. I got up still feeling nauscious and put them in boxes. I felt so much better after doing that...but of course I took them out later. I could never throw away my dollies. And I really hope you do not throw away your dolls either. You will highly regret it later.
Hope ya feel better. [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

My prayers to you most definitely! I have had days when I felt the morsels were closing in on me too. I just do other things and get back to them at a later time. They will always be there.
I know you are feeeling bad, but depression does pass. It is best not to make decisions during anger and life's low times. Remember; "a bright/better day is just around the corner" and "there is always light at the end of the tunnel" ...Hold tight! Just sending my thoughts and best wishes here for you. I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet doggy - that is always such a hard thing, expecially when they have been part of your life for so long. That terrible sense of loss always throws everything else off, especially on top of feeling so ill yourself; and I am so sorry for your bad day.
Please put your dolls away without getting rid of them. Give yourself time to get well and to grieve the loss of your beloved dog. You may feel differently about your dolls when you are feeling better. *cross-country hugs*

Thank you for all the help and kind words. My dolls are still in bags but safe from the dog. Yesterday i went to the dentist. I was a rough visit, with fainting and crying, but i got through it and he tried to fill the tooth. It's a huge filling and he might still need to do a root canal if the pain doesn't improve. I have another appointment next week. After all of this i found i really wanted the comfort of a doll last night. I got out one of my ebay girls and tried to rewig her with a purple wig.
This wasn't too bright since the fan was blowing the hair around but it was sort of fun. She's cute now but the wigs a bit crooked and gluey. Luckly i never use much glue and it can be fixed. It helped
to have something to take my mind off my poor little dog. I actually made up 2 plates of food before i realized that i only have 1 dog now.

Glad your dolls are safe. I hope your tooth feels better soon. I hate the dentist, too, and I have an appointment next week.

Sorry about all you are going through right now.
I hope you start feeling better real soon.
I know what you mean about your dog. Ours got cancer and had to be put down in a hurry. We missed her soooooo much! They leave a void in your life the same as a human can. We have another one now that oddly enough was born in the same month that our other dog died. We didn't get her until she was about 5 though. Sometimes, some of the things she does reminds me so much of the dog we lost. It's almost like she shares her spirit or something. My point is this....one day in the future it won't hurt as much anymore.
Hope you are feeling better and that you won't have to have root canal on top of everything else.

My thoughts and sympathies are with you. I've had a kidney infection before and I know it's awful. I wanted to just crawl into a hole and escape from the world when I had one.
And I feel for you with the loss of your dog. I've lost a few, and it does leave a big void.
I hope your new purple-haired doll is helping you feel better!
Oh, and the dentist... I HATE the dentist. I have such a phobia about it that I literally sweat through all my clothing (ick) and am totally stiff- I end up aching all over from muscle tension. Bringing an IPOD helps, but I blast rock music rather than the nature sounds- it helps drown out the drill, which totally freaks me out. It doesn't seem to matter what dentist I go to- my mouth is sensitive and I am always scared at the dentist.

Oh, I hate the dentist SO much too. I had a really bad time when I had to go in to get three wisdom teeth pulled.
I also hate doctors, too! LOL. Sometimes doctor visits terrify me like nothing else!!!
Wiccacat, I hope your tooth will be feeling a lot better, but if not, you know you have our support!
